Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Saffron
Soak 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri saffron in 2 tbsp of warm milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes to release its aroma and color.
Step 2: Cook the Potatoes
Boil the baby potatoes until they are tender. Peel and prick them with a fork. Heat mustard oil in a pan and shallow fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
